SCOPE OF WORK — Roof (Google Solar), Commercial building

• Tear off the existing roof assembly down to the deck and dispose of all debris.
• Install 257,805 SF of new 24-gauge standing seam metal roof panels with concealed clips over high-temperature underlayment.
• Install new polyiso insulation to R-25, mechanically fastened to the deck.
• Furnish and install 3010 LF of new shop-fabricated edge metal.

All work performed per manufacturer specifications to qualify for the 30-year finish & weathertightness warranty.
