SCOPE OF WORK — Facet 1, Ironbound Distribution Center

• Tear off the existing roof assembly down to the deck and dispose of all debris.
• Install 197,000 SF of new 60-mil mechanically attached TPO membrane.
• Install new polyiso insulation to R-25, mechanically fastened to the deck.
• Install 1/2" HD cover board over insulation.
• Furnish and install 2036 LF of new shop-fabricated edge metal.

All work performed per manufacturer specifications to qualify for the 15-year manufacturer warranty.
