• Tear off the existing roof assembly down to the deck and dispose of all debris.
• Install 28,821 SF of new 60-mil mechanically attached EPDM membrane.
• Install 0.5" HD cover board over insulation.
• Furnish and install 823 LF of new shop-fabricated edge metal.

All work performed per manufacturer specifications to qualify for the 20-year manufacturer warranty.
