• Tear off the existing roof assembly down to the deck and dispose of all debris.
• Install 329,331 SF of new 50-mil mechanically attached PVC membrane.
• Furnish and install 2987 LF of new shop-fabricated edge metal.

All work performed per manufacturer specifications to qualify for the 20-year manufacturer warranty.
