SCOPE OF WORK — Roof (Google Solar), Commercial building

• Tear off the existing roof assembly down to the deck and dispose of all debris.
• Install 329,331 SF of new 60-mil mechanically attached TPO membrane.
• Install 0.5" HD cover board over insulation.
• Furnish and install 2987 LF of new shop-fabricated edge metal.

All work performed per manufacturer specifications to qualify for the 15-year manufacturer warranty.
